    COVID-19 Update 12-2-2020

I hope each of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and expressed your thanks to God for his extravagant generosity. As we move into our Christmas season, I wanted to remind you of several opportunities to celebrate the birth of Jesus.

First of all… WE ARE OPEN FOR LIVE SERVICES each Sunday at 10:30 am. Please join us on campus for our Christmas Series… “The Stories of Christmas”. Each Sunday we will look at the birth of Jesus from the perspective of one of the lesser known characters found in the story. We will continue to stream the service live on our Facebook page but we encourage you and your family to join us on campus.

FAMILY NIGHT in BETHLEHEM Saturday, December 5 from 6:30-8:30 pm. Join us for an interactive and experiential walk through the Christmas Story. Food, Crafts, Music and More!

ANGEL TREE Each year we have the opportunity to provide Christmas for some very deserving families from Mount Holly Elementary School through our Angel Tree. You can pick an angel from the wall display next to the information counter. The angel shows the gender, age and suggested gifts for each child. Please fill out the information requested, write down the CODE number found on the angel and pick up an instruction sheet. Please return your gifts by December 12. If you need to come by the church during the week and select an angel, please call or text Pastor Scott at 803-325-5402 to arrange a time. Please consider helping with this ministry. We need your support to make this happen.

Christmas at the Farm Friday December 18 6:30-8:30 pm Join us at the Carroll Farm, 2743 Aaron Burr Road, Chester, SC 29706 for an evening of fun, food and fellowship around the bonfire as we sing carols and walk through the birth of Jesus together. Dress warmly, bring a flashlight, lawn chair and your favorite Christmas goodie to share.

Christmas Eve Candlelight Communion Service. Thursday December 24 6 pm. Bring the family for a time of Carols, Candles and Communion centered around the birth of Jesus.

Have a wonderful Christmas season and we hope to see you soon!

    COVID-19 Update 11-20-2020

    Important Notice! Please Read!

This is to inform you that several of our church attendees have recently been exposed to the COVID-19 Virus. To date, one person had tested positive that we are aware of.

In an effort to protect the health and welfare of our Outbreak Church Family and to take proactive steps to stop the exposure, we will operate under the following strategy:

We will cancel the live, on-campus, service for this Sunday, November 22 and offer a live streamed service on Facebook Live.  The Service can be viewed on the Outbreak Church Facebook Page.

All events scheduled for Outbreak Church from Friday, November 20 through Saturday, November 28 will be cancelled.

Our plan is to resume live services and events on Sunday, November 29.

Our desire is to be sensitive to the concerns of our church family and we feel that adhering to this plan will allow time for everyone involved to know they are clear.

Please monitor your health and should you begin to exhibit symptoms of the COVID -19 Virus please, quarantine yourself and get a test. Please let Pastor Scott know if you test positive. You can email him at scottcarroll@outbreakchurch.org or text/call  803-325-5402.

We will continue to monitor and adjust our plan as necessary and communicate any updates to you.

We are not operating out of fear but out of responsibility, sound practice and care for our church family.

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but one of power, love, and sound judgment”.

    2 Timothy 1:7

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

    COVID -19 Update

    Update: Friday, March 17th, 2020:

After much prayer and discussion, the elders have decided to CANCEL ALL OUTBREAK CHURCH MEETINGS until March 31 as suggested by the president and the health officials. This cancellation includes all groups and meetings scheduled to be held at Outbreak Church.

We will have a limited tech team and music team come on Sunday morning to enable us to live stream a service for the next two Sundays.

The live stream will be on the Outbreak Church Facebook page. It will begin at 10:30 each Sunday morning.

We realize this will affect and inconvenience a lot of us and we are confident that each of you will understand and assist with this decision. Our concern is for the health and well-being of not only our attendees, but the community as well. Our desire is to not provide an opportunity for anyone to be exposed to or share the Corona Virus.

Please do not hesitate to contact Pastor Scott, Pastor Darrell or any of the elders if we can serve you in any way. If you just to talk, scream, cry or blow off steam. We are here for you!

We are here to serve you!
